Field Training Manager Italy

Manage the education and development of store-based Managers and Artists through physical and virtual training, ensuring the Learning Management System is accurately managed and fulfilling potential.

Working with the Field Sales Manager, you will ensure there is a clearly defined people plan and strategy for the area. You will constantly define and adapt the education approach based on commercial business needs in an agile manner, while ensuring the brand ethos and purpose is represented to customers.

Key responsibilities include:

• Leading the effective and inspirational delivery of all defined training materials across the Charlotte Tilbury 'Magic Experience' service model and intermediate artistry development
• Facilitating full curriculum training, including induction, social, and developmental training
• Operational business management and area education strategy
• New launch NPD and Skincare Training
• Monitoring KPIs to gauge training impact and providing feedback to Field Sales Managers
