Description
We are looking for a Direct Response Video Editor to work on Meta ads for our high-volume campaigns. As a Direct Response Video Editor, you will be responsible for editing performance ads daily, building multiple hook variations from existing footage, repurposing VSLs into short-form ads, producing UGC-style variations fast, adding captions, graphics, and visual callouts that strengthen the message, using AI tools to produce faster without losing quality, collaborating with copywriters, iterating based on performance data, and keeping project files organised.
The ideal candidate has genuine direct-response editing experience, understands Meta ads and what makes them work, excellent pacing and retention instincts, and can build a strong hook. They should also have strong English comprehension, proficiency in Premiere Pro, CapCut, After Effects, Higgsfield or equivalent, fast and reliable internet, and full-time availability.
In terms of responsibilities, you will:
- Edit high-volume Meta ads daily
- Build multiple hook variations from existing footage
- Repurpose VSLs into short-form ads
- Produce UGC-style variations fast
- Add captions, graphics, and visual callouts that strengthen the message
- Use AI tools to produce faster without losing quality
- Collaborate with copywriters , take a brief and execute it cleanly
- Iterate based on performance data, not personal taste
- Keep project files organised and meet daily and weekly deadlines
The successful candidate will have a fast turnaround, consistent output, variations that test real hypotheses, and a real understanding of why people stop scrolling and why they click.
In terms of compensation and benefits, we offer a salary of $3,000–$5,000/month depending on experience, portfolio quality, and direct-response performance experience, additional performance incentives, and a fully remote work arrangement.
