Description
We're seeking a Director, Paid Search to join our team. As a leader in our Paid Search practice, you will be responsible for delivering high-impact returns for clients, managing resources effectively, and developing the Paid Search best-practice roadmap. You will work closely with the Head of Practice to drive business growth and develop new business opportunities.
In this role, you will:
- Use your deep-practice knowledge to deliver highly successful campaigns
- Effectively plan, deliver, and measure campaigns to achieve high-impact returns for clients
- Develop and implement guidelines and processes
- Actively lead and develop the Paid Search best-practice roadmap
- Act as a senior point of escalation for clients, ensuring work is delivered to standard and on time
We're looking for someone with strong Paid Search delivery knowledge and 6+ years of experience, who has demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development.

- Demonstrable success in optimising Paid Search campaigns and work through automation, processes, and technology adoption/development
- Developing understanding of how channels work and optimise together
- Natural problem solver who enjoys providing solutions for clients
- Confident, dynamic, engaging, and authentic communicator who cares about the quality of work and continuous learning

- Excellent presentation skills and strong data analysis and reporting skills
- Strong attention to detail, methodical, and process-oriented
