We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Sr. Associate Director, Data and Analytics.
As a key member of our technology department, you will be responsible for providing technical leadership and guidance to a team of developers, ensuring the design, development, and deployment of high-quality software solutions.
Your primary responsibilities will include:
- Acting as a hands-on lead developer, guiding the team in designing, developing, and deploying high-quality software solutions.
- Providing technical mentorship to a team of multiple teams of developers, ensuring best practices in coding, design, and architecture.
- Driving the adoption of modern development frameworks, tools, and methodologies.
In addition, you will collaborate with stakeholders to understand technical and customer needs, aligning them with the product vision, and take ownership of greenfield projects, leading them from inception to production release.
Key skills required for this role include:
- At least 8 years of hands-on experience in 5 or more of the following technologies: Java, Spring Framework (including Spring Integration), OAuth 2.0, MongoDB, AWS, Kubernetes, Jenkins Pipeline
- Proven experience leading a team of multiple teams of developers, providing technical guidance and fostering a collaborative environment
- Strong product owner mentality, with a focus on understanding technical and customer needs while aligning with the product vision
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
- Excellent communication skills, capable of articulating technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
