Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Laveen Village location. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or manage chronic conditions. You will work closely with our team of healthcare professionals to provide high-quality patient care.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients to identify their needs and develop treatment plans
• Develop and implement treatment plans to help patients achieve their goals
• Work with patients to educate them on proper techniques and exercises to improve their condition
• Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive patient care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans
