Description
We are seeking a Technical Content Lead to join our team at American Honda Motor Company in Raymond, Ohio. The successful candidate will be responsible for assessing, proposing, and overseeing the creation of content strategies for internal ADC development information sharing.
The role involves creating development information sharing goals and related content strategies to achieve business objectives. The ideal candidate will have strong content creation skills, mastery of various communication mediums, and experience in technical writing and editing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Developing and executing content strategies to promote Auto Development Center (ADC) development associates and technologies internally and externally
- Assessing and proposing comprehensive processes to enable high-quality information sharing throughout the organization
- Establishing metrics and maintaining continuous improvement for main areas of responsibility
- Proposing additional development information sharing strategies to maximize ADC associate quality and experience
The position requires a Bachelor's degree in Corporate Communication, Technical Writing, Journalism, Engineering, or a related field, and at least 5 years of demonstrable relevant experience working in the industry.
