Composite Technician (m/f/d) Race & Test

Responsibilities:

• Build car parts to the highest standards, following relevant setup parameters and build specifications.
• Undertake trackside composite repairs, using different resins and laminating techniques.
• Support in-house composite production.
• Load and unload freight, set up and pack down the garage.
• Be involved in parts coordination, using comprehensive parts lists, build-up sheets, and required documentation.

Requirements:

• A degree in a relevant discipline.
• First experience in comparable high-end surroundings.
• Ability to work under high pressure and limited time frames at the track.
• Exceptional attitude towards attention to detail and consistent high-quality work.
