Description
This is a defined term opportunity for 6 months with a possibility for extension. The role is part of the IP Group (IPG) Quality Organization and is responsible for driving improvements in sustaining our quality management systems and processes used in the development of semiconductor intellectual property (IP).
You will understand and support the IPG Quality Management System (QMS) activities aligned with ISO 9001 and related standards. You will provide technical leadership and guidance for planning, execution, and continuous improvement programs across global IPG teams.
Key responsibilities include:
- Understanding and supporting the IPG Quality Management System (QMS) activities aligned with ISO 9001 and related standards
- Providing technical leadership and guidance for planning, execution, and continuous improvement programs across global IPG teams
- Interfacing with cross-functional teams including R&D, Product Development, Methodology, and Applications Engineering to ensure quality requirements are understood and applied
- Driving automation and workflow improvements to improve efficiency, consistency, and scalability of quality processes
- Mentoring and providing technical guidance to engineers and quality contributors across IPG
Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in Electrical engineering, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, or related field; advanced degree preferred
- Strong experience (10+ years) in semiconductor design and development environment, including tools, systems, and workflows
- Hands-on experience with a Quality Management Systems, such as ISO 9001 or equivalent
- Solid understanding of requirements-driven development, configuration management, change management, and risk management
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and lead complex initiatives with broad organizational impact
- Experience driving process automation, workflow digitization, or quality data analytics
- Experience working across multiple sites and global teams
- Proven ability to influence without direct authority
