Description
A Global Mobility Specialist will join the Global Mobility Team to support the safe and seamless movement of Palantir employees around the world. This role involves managing end-to-end global mobility processes, including international assignments, transfers, and permanent relocations. The successful candidate will establish and maintain our long-term mobility strategy, develop and maintain global mobility policies and procedures, and utilize mobility metrics to drive key insights and decisions.
Strong organisational skills and proven ability to track and deliver across competing priorities are essential. Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a passion to provide exceptional customer service, are also required. A background in the tech sector is a plus.
Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $82,000 - $118,000/year. Total compensation for this position may also include Restricted Stock units, sign-on bonus and other potential future incentives.
