Physical Therapist

We are seeking a Physical Therapist to join our team at our Natick location. This is a full-time position with a salary range of $85,000-$106,000 annually, plus a $15,000 welcome bonus. As a Physical Therapist, you will work with patients to develop and implement treatment plans to help them recover from injuries or illnesses.

Responsibilities:

• Evaluate patients' physical abilities and develop treatment plans to address their needs
• Conduct physical therapy sessions with patients, including exercises, stretches, and other interventions
• Communicate with patients, families, and healthcare providers to ensure effective care
• Maintain accurate records of patient progress and treatment plans

Requirements:

• Doctoral degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Current licensure to practice physical therapy in the state of Massachusetts
