We are looking for a Beauty Expert to join our team at Douglas Innsbruck. As a Beauty Expert, you will be responsible for increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations, turning customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors, and providing excellent customer service while embodying our style.

Your main tasks will include:

• Increasing our KPIs and exceeding expectations
• Turning customers into Charlotte Tilbury ambassadors
• Providing excellent customer service while embodying our style

Requirements:

• Experience in the beauty industry or a similar field
• Enthusiasm for Charlotte Tilbury and the willingness to represent our brand
• Ideally, make-up artist experience
• Positive attitude, energy, and customer-oriented thinking
• Deutschniveau B2
