General Manager - Poland

ElevenLabs is seeking an experienced General Manager for its Poland operations. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing the country's strategy, including sales, customer delivery, KPI setting, and hiring.

The General Manager will be expected to:

• Develop and execute the Poland country strategy
• Design the optimal pipeline to reach ambitious sales targets on the B2B side
• Hire the founding country team responsible for sales and implementations
• Define event priorities and where to invest for brand awareness
• Represent ElevenLabs in events and media appearances
• Work with the partner ecosystem to generate new collaborations and sales opportunities
• Ideate, own, and drive big bets in Poland

The ideal candidate will have:

• 15+ years of experience leading teams and highly complex projects
• A background in consulting and sales
• Deep expertise in deploying technical products and/or solutions to enterprises
• An owner mentality with outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
• Proven ability to build and scale high-performing teams
• Native speaker of Polish
