We are looking for a skilled SAP Basis Operations and SAP BTP Administration professional to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for executing daily SAP Basis administration activities, including monitoring, job management, dumps, locks, and performance checks. They will also support system lifecycle tasks such as installations, upgrades, and patching, as well as perform client copies, transports, and system refreshes with supervision.
In addition, the candidate will assist in HANA database administration, including backup checks, basic performance monitoring, and alerts handling. They will use SAP tools such as ST22, SM21, ST03N, and DBACOCKPIT for incident analysis and support TMS activities and transport coordination.
The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years of SAP Basis experience, exposure to S/4HANA, and initial experience in SAP BTP or cloud concepts. They will be able to administer subaccounts, spaces, and basic entitlements, configure destinations and connectivity, manage user access and role collections, and support application deployments.
The successful candidate will be a structured, reliable individual with good attention to detail and documentation skills. They will be able to interact with senior consultants, customers, and provide clear status updates and escalate issues appropriately. They will also be willing to learn S/4HANA and BTP rapidly, new tools, and automation practices.
