Japanese Trust and Safety Moderator

We are seeking a Japanese Trust and Safety Moderator to join our Player Engagement team. As a moderator, you will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and friendly online community by reviewing user-generated content, ensuring it meets client guidelines, and protecting players, communities, and clients from inappropriate content.

Responsibilities:

• Review all community posts (text, video, images, audio) received from online games, social media platforms, and forums to ensure they align with client policies and guidelines.
• Communicate directly with players.
• Collaborate with international team members.
• Support the maintenance of a safe and comfortable community.
• Create reports and documents as needed.

Requirements:

• Native-level Japanese and business-level English skills (TOEIC 800 equivalent).
• Basic PC skills (Excel, Word, email correspondence, etc.).
• Interest in games and social media.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience in managing or moderating online communities.
