Senior Consultant Specialist

We are currently seeking an experienced professional to join our team in the role of Senior Consultant Specialist.

Principal responsibilities:

• Manage services for CDMS
• Promote technology to improve user experience in Customer journey
• Design and develop applications on Customer journey
• Lead and coach new developers to meet delivery goals and metrics
• Adopt best technical design patterns into coding and improve code flexibility
• Establish support models, including 3rd party providers
• Provide L1 & L2 application support and ensure problem resolution within agreed timelines
• Promote engineering best practices, including log standardisation and fault tolerance improvement
• Support ITSO governance, IT Controls, and BCP/DR drills
• Demonstrate strong communication, presentation, and influencing skills

Requirements:

• Experience in Java, Spring, J2EE, and SQL technologies
• Good knowledge of Spring Boot/Spring Cloud framework
• Experience with relational databases and NoSQL development
• Understanding of event brokers such as Kafka
• Familiarity with software development design patterns
• Experience in DevOps and Agile environments
• Expertise in API technologies, such as RESTful API and WebSocket
• Experience with containerisation, ideally using Kubernetes
• Knowledge of Incident Management and Problem Management
• Excellent communication skills in oral and written communication
