Product Designer, Stablecoin

Overview

As a Product Designer, Stablecoin at Stripe, you will lead the design efforts for our global-by-default money management suite. This involves creating intuitive interfaces for businesses to manage their digital currencies while handling complex cross-border flows.

Stripe is a financial infrastructure platform used by millions of companies worldwide to accept payments, grow revenue, and accelerate new business opportunities.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end product design process from discovery through delivery.
• Design seamless on-ramp and off-ramp experiences for businesses moving between fiat and stablecoin rails.
• Build workflows for businesses to launch their own coins, manage reserve ratios, and track real-time liquidity and rewards.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and stakeholders to shape the team's roadmap and goals.
• Partner with content design to craft compelling experiences.
• Deliver designs using various formats such as workshops, journey maps, wireframes, prototypes, and final comps.
• Work closely with other product designers to drive holistic solutions.

Requirements

• 6+ years of relevant design experience at a tech, product-driven company.
• Experience working with and leading changes to an established design system.
• Experience collaborating with engineering to support UI development.
• Ability to work autonomously on large-scale initiatives.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Strong skills in visual design, interaction design, and prototyping.
• Comfortable working on multiple projects at different paces.

Preferred Qualifications

• Deep understanding of Web3 primitives and how to abstract them for non-technical users.
• Experience designing for treasury management, B2B payments, or cross-border financial systems.
• Skilled in explaining work, process, and decisions to stakeholders.
• Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering pixel-perfect work.
• Values working with a diverse group of people and contributing to a sustainable business.
