Description
As a Site Reliability Operations Analyst, you are the engine behind Palantir deployments. You craft, implement, and execute processes to streamline workflows and reduce friction. You track and stabilize projects, remove roadblocks, and anticipate customer needs to free up engineers to focus on technical problems.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Working on various types of problems and challenges, such as supporting deployments at large customers and helping with new pilot projects.
- Being the first responder when things go wrong, making the first move to fix issues and asking for help only when necessary.
- Crafting and implementing processes to reduce friction and enable team members to spend their time on what they do best.
- Thinking creatively, working collaboratively, and going above and beyond to get the job done.

Requirements include:
- Active US Security clearance or eligibility and willingness to obtain a US Security clearance.
- Ability to travel 25-75%.
- 3+ years of project/program management experience, preferably in a fast-paced or dynamic environment.
