Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant

We are seeking an Organizational Change Management (OCM) Consultant to join our Workforce Transformation practice in Amsterdam. As a consultant, you will proactively manage transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale transformation programs.

Responsibilities:

• Manage transformation, change, and digital adoption for large-scale transformation programs
• Set and manage change adoption criteria to achieve desired outcomes and objectives
• Be the point of contact for specific activities such as communications, engagement, training, or role mapping
• Build and manage relationships with mid-level client managers
• Contribute to business development proposals

Requirements:

• Experience in delivering organizational change management on IT-enabled business transformation programs
• Strong knowledge of change management methodologies, approaches, and deliverables
• Excellent interpersonal skills and strong written and verbal communication skills in English (C2 proficiency)
• Additional language skills, such as Dutch, Italian, Spanish, or French
• Broad business skill set, including stakeholder management, problem-solving, and resilience
• Experience in gathering, validating, synthesizing, documenting, and communicating data and information for various audiences
