We're seeking a passionate and motivated Global Senior Workplace Planner to join the Real Estate & Site Services team. Based in Santa Clara, you will support global teams in EMEA, APAC, India & Israel. This impactful role offers the opportunity to design innovative planning solutions that enhance the employee experience and drive progress on our HQ Master Plan strategy.
As a Global Senior Workplace Planner, you will lead day-to-day occupancy planning activities and space allocations, ensuring they align with business unit requirements and strategic goals. You will develop and maintain positive relationships with business contacts to understand their needs and provide flawless space solutions. You will also lead executive-level presentations with business unit leaders on their space needs and their space utilization.
In addition, you will implement, track, and report on current space allocations and FlexSpace designations, collaborating with the MAC team and keeping the Serraview system up-to-date. You will manage Occupancy Planner(s) and work with the RESS leadership team to develop and lead the master occupancy plan for the growing Santa Clara Campus. You will also support smaller global sites as they grow.
To succeed in this role, you will need to build planning scenarios using qualitative and quantitative data, applying tools like Tableau and CAFM, and provide in-depth analysis to support space strategies. You will also need to have outstanding data analytics capabilities, experience in Tableau is a bonus. You will be comfortable working in multiple time zones and enjoy working in a high-growth, dynamic company. You will possess excellent customer service and negotiation skills, and be able to excel in a dynamic workplace by partnering with different departments and fulfilling demanding deadlines.
You will also need to have strong verbal, presentation, and communication skills, with the ability to speak publicly to all levels of the organization. You will be comfortable presenting data to the highest executive level and have highly organized, self-directed, and capable of balancing multiple planning projects effectively. You will be proactive and solution-focused, with strong attention to detail, and enjoy collaborating with a team of thoughtful and creative individuals.
Advanced proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and CAFM (Serraview or OfficeSpace preferred) is required. Experience in international real estate planning, outstanding problem-solving skills with a proactive approach, proven ability to successfully implement complex planning strategies, advanced knowledge of occupancy planning software, and strong data analytical background are highly desirable.
