Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Manage the European CMT Digital Marketing Team, responsible for the eCommerce / Build&Price / Inventory incentives.
  • Coordinate online marketing/incentive programme setup in VINCENT system including programme writing and testing. Ensure that all required online incentives are available in Ford’s digital customer facing platform.
  • Oversee the monitoring of active incentives on live websites and coordinate the team in verifying pricing accuracy against approved proposals.
  • Effectively communicate with all stakeholders.
  • Act as Lead for the online incentives, responsible for: driving Process improvements, IT developments, Weekly market calls and Quarter Update Planning for incentives.
  • Evaluate and consider automation and digital transformation opportunities to achieve efficiency improvement and automation.
  • Respond to new Digital marketing requirements (develop strategy and secure required resources).
  • Coordinate VINCENT system upgrades and align initiatives with stakeholders.
  • Incident Investigation (root cause identification and follow up). Tracking and resolution of issues.
  • Implement lean and robust E2E processes for B2C and B2B incentive programmes.
  • Subject matter expert (SME) in Electronic Marketplace projects representing CMT Operations.
  • Actively develop, document, test and coordinate the implementation of new processes and process changes.
  • Ensure compliance with corporate requirements (Internal Control)

Qualifications:

  • Fluency in English
  • Degree in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or other related fields
  • Strong business and customer focus, exceptional presentation skills
  • Analytical mindset, structured thinking, ability to understand and improve processes
  • Project mindset – ability to handle complex tasks simultaneously
  • Ability to manage teamwork and prioritise tasks
  • Work experience in Marketing/Sales/Finance is a plus
