Project Manager, Treasury Finance

Stripe is seeking a Project Manager to join its Treasury Finance Transformation team. The team supports, builds, and expands Stripe's treasury capabilities. As a project manager, you will ensure seamless coordination and execution by aligning team efforts, managing timelines, and delivering on objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Tackle complex questions with rigor and independence, owning projects from problem definition to final recommendation.
• Lead and manage projects focused on operational efficiency, governance, and regulatory compliance.
• Develop and implement project plans, optimize workflows, and engage stakeholders.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to assess the impact of operational and regulatory changes.
• Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Establish effective project governance and prepare materials for senior management.

Requirements:

• At least 6 years of experience in Change Management, preferably in management consulting or change management within high-growth tech companies.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex, cross-functional projects.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to understand complex technical products.
• Hands-on, adaptable approach with comfort operating in ambiguous environments.
• Curiosity-driven mindset to effectively lead technical teams and subject matter experts.

Preferred qualifications:

• Knowledge of the payments industry and fintech landscape.
• Familiarity with capital markets and risk management concepts.
• Experience writing complex business and data requirements.
• Experience with SQL, Python, or equivalent.
• Familiarity with AI as an enabler of change management.
