Description
We are seeking a Business Manager to join our team at HSBC. As a Business Manager, you will be responsible for a wide range of tasks and activities, including managing the forecast, planning, workforce management (including contractors and third parties) and budget control. Your duties will include:
Governing the annual planning and approval of employee time plans (ETPs), including onshore, offshore, temporary, consultant demand and others. You will also oversee the budget.
Managing direct and indirect costs, using analysis reports from back-charges, recharges, reconciliations, reviews, disputes and litigation.
Overseeing budgets for consultant resources (factoring, approvals, MI reports, monthly tracking of required certifications).
Supervising and governing all activities related to vendor referencing (internal and external) ensuring compliance with HSBC group policies and procedures.
Supervising the business continuity plan, updating and creating new operational procedures (DIMs).
Being proactive in documenting, simplifying and automating processes where possible, contributing to the improvement of internal controls.
Governance of documentation (record management) to ensure compliance with HSBC policies and procedures and regulatory obligations GDPR.
Monitoring regulatory reports related to Risk Management in accordance with established controls in our Risk Management system.
Supporting the Top Management on ad-hoc tasks such as consolidating Executive Papers or various cross-functional/Business coordination tasks, including administrative tasks.
Tracking the completion of mandatory training, annual evaluations, setting objectives and producing regular follow-up tables.
