We're looking for a Service Advisor to join our team at Porsche Centre Böblingen.
As a Service Advisor, you'll be the key contact between our customers and our dealership. With your knowledge and passion, you'll run a profitable service business and delight our customers.
You'll set up top-class premium processes according to Porsche Service Standards, build long-term and trusting customer relationships, and contribute to the operational success of our company through your competent appearance in the service business.
You'll ensure a consistently excellent and professional service experience for our customers.
Responsibilities:
- Daily customer contact as the interface between customers and our dealership
- Running a profitable service business with knowledge and passion
- Setting up top-class premium processes according to Porsche Service Standards
- Building long-term and trusting customer relationships
- Contributing to the operational success of our company through your competent appearance in the service business
Requirements:
- Completed vocational training in the automotive industry
- Ideally, a completed training as a certified Service Advisor
- Professional and reliable appearance towards our customers
- Customer orientation and a well-developed service mindset to ensure a high level of service quality
- Sound technical and business knowledge
- Strong willingness to learn
