Description
As a CPU/SoC Verification Engineer at NVIDIA, you will be involved in the development of the latest ARM architecture-based CPUs, which are engineered for AI execution and are a key component of the Agentic AI hardware stack. This position presents a valuable opportunity to work on pioneering CPU projects with experts in the field.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Verifying ARM architecture-based CPU subsystems and SoCs
- Developing and executing thorough verification plans and creating new testbench components
- Collaborating closely with design and architecture teams to verify architectural and microarchitectural features
- Building and enhancing UVM/SystemVerilog/C-based verification environments
- Debugging complex issues spanning RTL, interconnect, and system-level scenarios
- Analyzing and improving existing verification strategies by incorporating AI accelerated workflows to enhance efficiency and effectiveness
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- A Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- At least 3+ years of experience in CPU verification
- Proven expertise in ARM architecture and/or CPU unit/sub-system/SoC verification
- Strong understanding of verification methodologies and tools
- Outstanding problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
