Cook - Football

We are seeking a skilled Cook to join our football team in Atibaia, São Paulo, Brazil. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing food, setting up presentation displays, serving meals, maintaining internal controls, cleaning and organizing work areas, and following specific procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Organize work areas according to checklists and menus
• Prepare food and beverages following technical guidelines and internal procedures
• Develop technical sheets for recipes under supervision
• Ensure food quality, presentation, and labeling
• Control food production quantities
• Coordinate kitchen staff in the absence of senior chefs

Requirements:

• 5 years of experience as a Cook
• Knowledge of controls and routines
• Familiarity with buffet, à la carte, and Brazilian and international cuisine preparations
• Good personal relationships and communication skills
• Flexibility with working hours
• Good presentation and posture
• Conflict resolution skills
• Valid driver's license
• Completed secondary education
