Description
We are seeking a Parts Sales Associate to join our team. As a Parts Sales Associate, you will be responsible for the disposition of spare parts, inventory management, and invoicing. You will also be involved in the sale of spare parts, equipment, and accessories with technical advice, as well as providing telephone and personal customer service. Additionally, you will be responsible for controlling incoming goods and storing spare parts, disposing and making available parts for workshop operations, processing and returning claims and returns, implementing and maintaining processes according to Porsche standards, controlling the delivery of parts to the Service Factory, and organizing recall actions for parts.
The ideal candidate will have completed a vocational training as a warehouse logistics specialist or a comparable qualification in the technical field, with several years of experience in the parts service department, preferably in an automobile dealership. You should have high teamwork skills, a friendly, safe, and well-groomed appearance, and secure handling of MS Office. Good English language skills are also required. You should have high organizational skills and a structured way of working, as well as developed social and communicative skills.
