Description
FBS, part of Farmers operations, is seeking an AI & Automation Senior Technical Advisor. This role involves evaluating, designing, and enabling modern application, automation, and AI-driven solutions that support business objectives.
The ideal candidate will partner with business leaders, product teams, architects, vendors, and technology stakeholders to identify opportunities, assess emerging technologies, lead proofs of concept, and provide solution recommendations that deliver measurable business value.
Key responsibilities include:
- Conducting impact analysis, reviewing solution designs, evaluating AI platforms and vendors, supporting implementation efforts, and ensuring solutions align with security, compliance, and responsible AI standards.
- Communicating complex technical concepts to executive audiences, developing business cases, and influencing technology decisions across the organization.
- Acting as a bridge between business and technology teams to accelerate innovation, improve operational efficiency, and enable the successful adoption of emerging technologies.
- Mentoring others on modern solution patterns and best practices.
