Sales Trainee - Parker

We are seeking a Sales Trainee to join our team in Parker. This training role prepares you for the Account Sales Manager position. You will support sales initiatives and provide route coverage for the Account Sales Manager during vacations, sickness, or special projects.

Responsibilities:

• Understand and learn the basics of Red Bull and Red Bull Distribution Company, including the brand and products.
• Build and protect the Red Bull brand through proper rotation to ensure fresh product.
• Establish and maintain friendly and professional relationships with customers to increase sales.
• Obtain necessary tools to execute the daily plan.
• Effectively communicate with Account Sales Managers and District Sales Managers on daily priorities.
• Cover Account Sales Manager routes as needed.
• Meet daily KPIs focused on sales, distributions, pricing, display, new accounts, and merchandising.
• Support the team with audits, blitz, building displays, and merchandising to drive sales.

Requirements:

• Valid US Driver's License and DOT Medical card.
• At least 21 years old.
• Experience in customer service and sales is a plus.
• Ability to lift and transport up to 25 pounds of inventory and/or advertising displays.
• English proficiency; additional languages an advantage.

The base salary range for this position is $19.95 to $22.05 per hour. Actual salary offer may vary based on work experience.
