Then join our Enterprise Performance Management team and shape together with us the corporate steering of the future.

Your tasks will include:

  • Providing expert advice to our customers on the digital transformation of their cross-functional corporate steering
  • Developing strategic roadmaps for the implementation of the digital transformation
  • Creating concept papers in the areas of reporting, budgeting & planning, as well as simulation and advanced analytics
  • Leading expert teams to develop innovative steering approaches
  • Taking over (partial) project leadership and accompanying implementation in exciting cross-functional transformation projects
  • Modeling and optimizing steering processes, as well as advising on efficiency gains through best possible support by new technologies
  • Conducting workshops and training sessions at management level on innovative topics, as well as developing solutions together with our customers
  • Winning new customers and projects through the creation of offers, participation in pitches, and maintenance of existing customer relationships

Requirements for your path as a (senior) manager include:

  • Completed studies in business administration, business informatics, finance & accounting, or a comparable course of study, and at least 5 years of professional experience, ideally in the consulting, finance, and controlling, or data analytics sectors
  • Passion for penetrating complex business models and their efficient and transparent steering in volatile times
  • Expertise in leading project teams and in the areas of controlling or data analytics, as well as in corporate consulting or a comparable customer function; a secure appearance on C-level is also essential
  • Your way of working is characterized by very good presentation and project management skills, a structured and independent way of working, analytical thinking, and developed team and communication skills

Important information before departure:

  • Start date: after agreement - always at the beginning of a month
  • Working hours: full-time (40 hours); 30 vacation days
  • Employment relationship: unlimited
  • Field of work: consulting
  • Language: secure German and English
  • Flexibility and travel readiness
  • Other: valid work permit; if necessary, we can apply for the work permit within our recruitment process. The procedure takes time and affects the start date
