As a Senior Sachbearbeiter Backoffice Marktfolge, you will play a key role in our credit management team, where we assess the creditworthiness of our Ford dealers and corporate customers. You will be responsible for processing credit applications, evaluating creditworthiness based on current financial data and qualitative factors, and making credit decisions.
Responsibilities:
- Process credit applications for corporate customers and evaluate creditworthiness based on current financial data and qualitative factors
- Take over credit decision-making competences
- Conduct investigations to determine economically justified parties
- Advise internal and external customers
- Support the implementation of control activities
- Support the analysis and implementation of process optimisations and system adaptations
Qualifications:
- Completed training as a bank clerk or equivalent qualification
- Several years of experience in banking, particularly in credit business with corporate customers
- High level of commitment, flexibility, and service orientation
- Strong communication skills and assertiveness
- Good MS Office and English language skills
