Integration Engineer, Professional Services (Spanish fluency)

Job Overview

As an Integration Engineer on Stripe's Professional Services team, you'll work on high-visibility projects, providing technical expertise to customers to help them accelerate their knowledge, solution design, and integrations with Stripe.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with Sales, Solution Architecture, and Implementation teams to drive client engagement, customer wins, and revenue
• Plan and execute integration engineering end-to-end, from high-level architecture to code implementation
• Explain technical concepts and how Stripe works from both a product feature and API architecture perspective
• Educate users and the developer community about Stripe's value proposition, best practices, and new technical developments
• Be the primary technical point of contact for large users' and partners' technical teams
• Provide recommendations, feedback, and best practices to the product and engineering teams
• Lead the establishment of a new regional office in Spain

Requirements

• 2–6 years of experience in Software Engineering or Integration Engineering
• Technical leadership on a large user-facing project
• Comfortable with code-level debugging and explaining technical concepts
• User-first approach with empathy for users and confidence engaging with customers
• Excellent communication in both Spanish and English
