Student Marketeer

As a Red Bull Student Marketeer, you will be part of a dynamic and large-scale brand and product ambassador program.

The goal of the Student Marketeer program is to reach new consumers, engage and energize university students, increase sales, and authentically represent the Red Bull brand on campus.

Your role will involve building direct relationships with consumers and customers, encouraging them to try Red Bull products, and participating in Red Bull events to create memorable brand experiences.

Areas that play to your strengths

• Be a brand and product ambassador: Live and represent the brand's personality and corporate values, and present the brand premiumly in daily interactions with consumers and customers.
• Expand the user base by introducing Red Bull to new consumers at the right place and time, and provide professional answers to their questions.
• Develop and implement a personalized, innovative campus plan that engages students and brings the brand to life on campus.
• Build strong relationships and networks with local key players.
• Increase brand commitment on social media platforms with authentic content.
• Work at Red Bull and supported events to provide unforgettable brand experiences for consumers.

• Be a sales expert: Build relationships with local sales account managers and ensure that Red Bull is available and visible at sales points.
• Collaborate with the sales team to open new sales points on and off campus.
• Utilize relevant tools and opportunities related to the Red Bull world to keep Red Bull top of mind for sales partners.
• Ensure that defined store standards are perfectly implemented.

• Execution excellence: Strive for excellent execution and pay attention to details in all areas of your work.
• Share ideas and collaborate with the team through regular personal and online communication.
• Plan and report your activities on the designated online platform in a timely and accurate manner.
• Contribute to the development of Red Bull's media activities by sharing local information, trends, and opportunities.

Requirements

• Passion for the Red Bull brand and product
• Excellent communication skills
• Charismatic, energetic, positive, and open personality
• Active participation in student life, with a good understanding of the university environment, city, and region
• Easily approachable, sociable personality who can connect with people from diverse backgrounds
• Creative thinking and entrepreneurial spirit, with high responsibility and initiative
• Ability to balance part-time work with studies, and ideally availability for evening and weekend work
• Interest in acquiring and applying new skills, particularly in marketing, negotiation, and sales
• Connections with various influential student groups and individuals on campus
• Valid driver's license
• Availability for evening and weekend work
• Active university student status (applications are only accepted from students at the listed universities)
• Confident English language skills
