Description
The Associate, Customer Success Management role is a customer-facing position that plays a critical part in helping customers achieve value from their investment in Tanium. The successful candidate will support a significant set of customers and use data and qualitative feedback to decide how best to engage resources to drive desired results.
Key responsibilities include ensuring successful business outcomes for customers, working with senior team members to understand customer complexities and create the best path to full Tanium platform adoption and expansion, developing and maintaining relationships with customers, identifying opportunities for Tanium to be further integrated into customer business processes and controls, and performing activities and data management that help drive adoption and value against an agreed-upon plan with the customer.
We're looking for a highly organized self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working in ambiguity. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of all aspects of the Tanium solutions and their value to customers, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
This is a full-time position that requires travel ranging from 5-15% within the regional territory. The annual base salary range for this position is $64,000 to $98,000, and team members will receive equity awards and a generous benefits package.
