Senior Manager, AlpaSim and AlpaDreams Production

We are seeking a Senior Manager to lead the production engineering of NVIDIA's interactive world-model platform, including OmniDreams, FlashDreams, and AlpaSim technologies.

The successful candidate will scale the engineering team, establish the production engineering path for interactive world models in various industries, and build the architecture and processes needed to turn fast-paced research into reliable developer-facing software.

Key responsibilities:

• Lead the engineering team in building and maintaining NVIDIA's interactive world-model platform
• Establish production engineering paths for AV, rendering, robotics, and simulation
• Develop architecture and processes for turning research into reliable software
• Ensure product and engineering excellence in performance, scalability, reliability, and developer experience
• Collaborate with research, simulation, rendering, and AV teams to integrate world-model breakthroughs into production-ready platform capabilities
• Grow the open developer and research ecosystem around NVIDIA's world-model stack

Requirements:

• Demonstrated research or applied innovation in world models, video diffusion, neural rendering, or related fields
• Technical fluency in ML primitives behind interactive world models
• Experience turning research-stage systems into dependable, scalable products
• 12+ years of overall experience, 5+ years leading teams
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Results-focused leadership with a track record of delivering high-quality solutions on time

Preferred qualifications:

• Experience with Gaussian splats, NeRFs, neural reconstruction, or other advanced rendering techniques
• Hands-on experience building, adapting, or evaluating world models, video generation systems, or neural rendering systems
• Published or peer-recognized work advancing the state of the art in world models or related fields
• Experience building developer ecosystems or research communities around open-source projects
