Onsite Service Technician

We are seeking an Onsite Service Technician to join our team at AVL Deutschland GmbH in Munich.

As an Onsite Service Technician, you will be responsible for performing cyclic maintenance and calibration of test benches and measurement systems according to calibration regulations and schedules.

Your main tasks will include:

• Conducting regular quality tests and special calibrations
• Adjusting or replacing sensors and troubleshooting electrical and mechanical issues
• Implementing software updates in consultation with customers
• Creating maintenance and calibration plans

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• A completed apprenticeship as a mechatronics engineer or a comparable qualification, ideally with further training as a master or technician
• Basic knowledge of field bus systems and measurement, control and regulation technology
• Proficiency in using PCs and Microsoft Office products
• Excellent customer orientation, flexibility, reliability and sense of responsibility
• Strong communication skills and teamwork abilities
• Good German and English language skills
