Key Responsibilities:

• Strategic responsibility
• Planning and controlling sales, costs, and market shares
• Ensuring quality targets and customer satisfaction
• Implementing Porsche standards and reporting relevant key performance indicators
• Operational control
• Implementing the after-sales strategy
• Controlling and ensuring stable processes
• Personnel management
• Staff planning, selection, and development
• Conducting employee, target, and development discussions
• Coaching, promotion, and organization of training sessions
• Quality assurance and safety
• Ensuring service quality
• Maintaining customer data in the C@P system
• Participating in training sessions on Porsche systems

Requirements:

• Completed technical education in the automotive industry
• Master craftsman certificate is an advantage
• At least 5 years of professional experience required, preferably at Porsche
• Friendly and professional demeanor, high reliability, flexibility, and above-average willingness to work
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Basic knowledge of English; additional foreign languages are an asset
• Fast understanding of complex tasks
• Safe handling of the MS Office package
• Valid driving license class B
