We are seeking a highly skilled engineer with deep expertise in analog design and memory compiler flow. As a Senior Staff R&D Engineer, you will design, develop, and evaluate physical IP - Memory compilers (SRAM/RF/ROM/TCAM etc.). You will apply your expertise in Circuit design, Memory architecture, Python, and Hspice to optimize workflows and enhance design efficiency.
Collaboration is key in this role. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to align project deliverables with business objectives. You will contribute to the technical direction and problem-solving efforts within the engineering group. You will also share knowledge and support the professional growth of team members through technical mentorship.

To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Bachelor's or master's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Significant experience in analog design and memory compiler flow
- Proficiency in Python and Hspice
- Strong problem-solving and technical skills
- Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively within and across teams
