Service Assistant Porsche

This is a chance to join the Porsche team at the Porsche Approved & Service Centre Waiblingen. The centre sells Porsche, one of the world's most successful sports car brands. The goal is to continue this success and provide optimal customer care.

As a Service Assistant Porsche, you will:

• Personally greet customers in the Porsche centre and direct them to the relevant colleagues in the specialist departments
• Carry out needs-based planning of service appointments and customer mobility
• Prepare appointments and coordinate with the parts service
• Look after waiting customers
• Create service invoices
• Manage the appointment capacity planner
• Check vehicle documents before collection
• Conduct satisfaction telephone calls after the vehicle has been returned
• Maintain customer data in the uniform customer database C@P

Requirements:

• Completed commercial vocational training
• Experience in the service/operations office or as a service assistant in the automotive trade is beneficial
• Pronounced customer and service orientation even with high workload
• Independent working style
• Outstanding service quality and ensuring customer satisfaction are the guidelines for your daily work
