We are looking for a Retail Media Specialist to assist in the operation, optimisation, and analysis of campaigns. This role involves direct interaction with major brands, participation in media strategies, and opportunities for career growth and development within the company.
In this role, you will:
Assist in the implementation, monitoring, and optimisation of digital media campaigns. Analyse data and metrics to suggest campaign optimisations. Build reports and performance insights. Support investment management and budget distribution across platforms. Stay up to date with trends and new strategies for Retail Media and Paid Media campaigns. Work closely with the team to ensure performance KPIs are met.
We're looking for someone who has: Basic knowledge or initial experience in Google Ads & Meta Ads. Experience on Amazon Ads or Mercado Livre Ads is a plus! Understanding of digital performance metrics such as ROAS, CTR, and CPA. Analytical skills to interpret data and suggest improvements. Experience with Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis. Strong organisational skills and attention to detail. Fluency in English (desired!)
