Your primary responsibilities will include:
Analyzing and making informed decisions on consumer and commercial credit, adhering to our purchase policy and lending requirements. Being a key point of contact for our dealership partners, directly negotiating the terms on credit applications, nurturing business relationships, and applying your knowledge of the company's plans and policies to drive win-win solutions. Using sound judgment to evaluate creditworthiness and make decisions in the best interest of the Company. Applying coaching and training provided, as well as participating in ongoing team calibration sessions to enhance your skills and knowledge base.
