Acquisition Relationship Office

Join Hang Seng Bank as an Acquisition Relationship Office in Shanghai.

As part of our Retail Banking Wealth team, you will prospect and visit target customers to expand our personal financial services.

Key responsibilities include:

• Conducting telemarketing calls and channel development to explore new customers
• Performing outreaching sales activities such as seminars and channel promotions to increase our customer base
• Providing quality phone banking services and handling customer enquiries

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• A college degree or above
• 1-2 years of experience in sales or marketing, preferably in a foreign bank
• Strong customer service orientation, outgoing and aggressive personality, good communication and interpersonal skills, and ability to work under pressure
• Proficiency in both English and Chinese
