Laundry Attendant - PTAMI

Job Description:

We are seeking a Laundry Attendant to join our team at PT Alpha Magsaysay, one of Princess Cruises' official hiring partners in Indonesia.

As a Laundry Attendant, you will assist the Laundry Master in providing excellent laundry service to our guests while maintaining cost efficiency. You will be responsible for processing linens, performing embarkation duties, and maintaining the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist the Laundry Master in providing excellent laundry service to our guests
• Process linens as directed to ensure timely delivery to operating departments
• Perform embarkation duties as required, including collecting, stowing, loading, and distributing guest baggage
• Maintain the cleanliness and organization of the laundry area
• Respond promptly to resolve concerns and escalate to the Laundry Master as necessary

Requirements:

• Must attend USPH and Sanitation courses and understand environmental rules
• Must have complete command of the English language
• Requires a comprehensive knowledge of all equipment and chemicals used within the Laundry department
• Proven history of strong organizational and follow-thru skills
