Description
We are seeking a Project Manager to join our Information Technology organization at FIC & Risk Technology in Miami, Florida.
The Project Manager will lead complex technology and business initiatives from problem definition through delivery and adoption. You will own product outcomes, define the need, assess value, shape the solution, and measure success. You will manage multiple workstreams, drive decisions, resolve blockers, and ensure follow-through. You will partner with engineers and business teams to challenge assumptions and deliver practical solutions, using AI and automation to reduce manual work and improve execution.
The ideal candidate will have 2+ years of experience in financial markets, fintech, technology, consulting, product, or a similar analytical environment. You should have strong initiative and ownership, with the ability to identify problems, create clarity, and drive solutions through adoption. You should also have strong execution and organization skills, with the ability to manage several complex initiatives without losing context, momentum, or detail. Clear communication is essential, as you will need to earn trust, connect business and technology teams, and manage expectations.
Technical skills required include familiarity with AWS, Azure, or GCP architecture, and evidence of building software, automations, data tools, prototypes, products, or workflows.
