STRIKER - Store Activator

As a Striker - Store Activator with Red Bull Italy, you will be part of the Sales team and responsible for building customer relationships and negotiating with retail accounts in specific geographical areas.

Your main goals will be to achieve all elements of the Red Bull Perfect Store, including availability, visibility, and additional placements of Red Bull products to enable maximum sales.

Key responsibilities:

• Effectively cover all agreed outlets at optimum frequencies in a cost-effective manner
• Manage and develop your designated area
• Maintain and grow Perfect Store standards focusing on availability, visibility, placements, and messaging
• Build quality relationships with store stakeholders through effective communication
• Influence decision-makers by presenting compelling insights and commercial proposals
• Manage store-level orders to enable Red Bull range availability
• Secure a fair stock level to ensure proper range availability and visibility to consumers
• Secure and improve the agreed in-store presence of Red Bull
• Place and maintain POS material in all outlets
• Ensure agreed promotions are in place and running from the first day
• Measure, track, and audit key in-store metrics using specific digital tools
• Complete all necessary administrative tasks accurately and on time

Requirements:

• Growth mindset and proactive approach
• Ability to manage and cultivate good relationships
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• English language knowledge
• Comfortable working autonomously in a field-based environment
• Experience in FMCG is a plus
• Knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Valid driving license
• Travel 90-100%
