Description
We're hiring a senior full-cycle recruiter to run searches across Sales, GTM (Pre/Post Sales - Solutions Architect roles with secondary coverage for G&A as bandwidth allows. You'll partner with senior leaders to shape hiring plans, run efficient recruiting processes, and deliver strong, vetted pipelines on tight timelines.
In this role, you will own full-cycle hiring for GTM and Biz/Ops roles, including intake, calibration, sourcing, candidate assessment, offer strategy, and close. You will also flex to G&A requisitions as bandwidth permits, building pipelines and running structured processes for Finance, Legal, People Ops, and Executive Support. You'll advise hiring managers on scoping, leveling, compensation bands, interview design, and decision quality, while running structured, fair processes that improve pass-through quality.
Success in this role requires operating by the numbers, championing candidate experience, collaborating cross-functionally with People Ops/HRBPs, Finance, and Legal, and continuously improving recruiting tools, process quality, and market intelligence.
