Description
We are looking for a NOC Engineer to monitor and support production systems, ensuring service availability and providing status updates. The successful candidate will be responsible for identifying root causes of production issues and coordinating with operations and engineering teams to resolve them. They will also develop and maintain technical protocols and procedures for system alerts and malfunctions, apply monitoring and logging tools for tracking and analyzing system performance, and collaborate effectively with team members to address and mitigate system anomalies.
The ideal candidate will have a proven technical troubleshooting ability, proficiency in English, both verbal and written, strong interpersonal and communication skills, and a degree or equivalent experience in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Industrial Management, or a related field. Experience or knowledge in Microsoft servers (MCP level) is a must, and proficiency in SQL is required. Knowledge of scripting languages such as PowerShell, Bash, or Python is an advantage, and previous experience with monitoring and logging tools is a plus.
This is a full-time position, requiring the ability to work in 24x7 shifts, including weekends and holidays.
