We're seeking a strategic and results-driven marketing professional to join our Product Marketing team at Synopsys. As a Sr Staff Product Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for delivering value-based messaging for the Materials and SPDM product collections, collaborating with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to reach prospective and existing customers and partners.
Key responsibilities include:
- Delivering value-based messaging for the Materials and SPDM product collections
- Participating in go-to-market planning, including market sizing, customer segmentation, channel partner coverage, and regional sales alignment
- Maintaining competitive leadership by analyzing the competitive landscape, identifying growth opportunities, and articulating how Materials & SPDM solutions differentiate us in the market
- Developing and delivering comprehensive sales enablement collateral
- Creating and executing marketing plans and lead generation campaign kits aligned with business growth objectives and key strategic initiatives
- Managing the execution of new features and product launches as part of the twice-annual release cycle
- Owning the development of all marketing collateral, including web content, product feature videos, technical assets, data sheets, blogs, and solution-oriented content
- Coordinating with field and corporate marketing teams to promote Synopsys products in line with product marketing strategy and corporate programs
- Measuring and evaluating the ROI of marketing tactics at all stages of the customer journey

Requirements include:
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field
- Proven experience in product marketing for engineering or software products
- Broad expertise across marketing competencies including digital, social, web, and account-based marketing
- Strong organizational, leadership, and project management skills with a track record of executing complex, global campaigns
- Expertise in market research, competitive analysis, and go-to-market strategy development
- Excellent English proficiency and outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
