Your tasks – Your mission
Represent our car dealership and promote customer satisfaction: As a radiant face and first point of contact for our customers, you convey the positive image of our house. You are the bridge between our customers and the service team, and your ability to communicate concerns effectively contributes significantly to a smooth service experience.
Diverse tasks and collaboration: Your varied area of responsibility includes making appointments with customers, coordinating with our workshop, and administrative activities such as maintaining vehicle and customer data. You work closely with our service advisors to design all processes efficiently and smoothly.
Customer service and complaint management: As an important contact person, you are responsible for the effective management of complaints and inquiries. Your proactive and solution-oriented approach strengthens trust and builds long-term relationships with our customers.
Requirements

Professional foundation: You have completed a commercial or technical vocational training. This forms the basis for your specialist knowledge and understanding of our industry.

Professional experience: Professional experience in a car dealership is desirable but not essential.
