We're seeking a patient-focused Physical Therapist to join our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will evaluate, diagnose, and treat patients with the ultimate goal of having them recover from injuries, manage pain, and regain mobility. You will provide exceptional physical therapy with measurable outcomes, educate patients on treatment options, home exercises, and strategies to prevent re-injury, and document evaluations, progress notes, and discharges accurately and on time.
