As a Salesforce and FSL Support Analyst at Aristocrat, you will play a crucial role in supporting our field service staff and the broader Service team. Your expertise will ensure that our systems run flawlessly, contributing directly to our mission of delivering unparalleled gaming experiences.
Key responsibilities include: Delivering Salesforce Field Service assistance throughout Australia, New Zealand, and Asia, ensuring smooth operations. Offering technical gaming knowledge, and support to the Service Administration team. Detecting, documenting, and exploring opportunities and problems within Salesforce Field Service. Generating and providing Salesforce reports to various business areas. Maintaining and delivering comprehensive Salesforce training to users, ensuring they use the platform effectively.
We are looking for a proven Salesforce expert with a focus on Field Service, sound knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Office products, and familiarity with Electronic Gaming Machines. Outstanding problem-solving skills and strong communication abilities are also essential.
